I am here to try to become a better leader and hope to go to collage.I will pay alot of attention to everyone about collage.
I was pretty nervous when i saw the courses. The looked tall and scary but i was determined to do all the courses. I first started off wit the one were you have to climb all the way up and jump to a hanging stick. I didn't make it and i got all sad. Then my bro Omar and I went to this one course were we have to cross a log at the same time. It was a really fun day and hope to do it again one day.
Woke up at 6 in the morning like usual. David had like no mercy on me on the courts. He was dribbling and doing these crazy moves that I couldn't keep up with him. I will get better and come to OSU just to just to challenge him. Or he can just go to Nyssa... if he is not scared. Can't wait for that day. I hope he will be excpeting it so he can train for the day. Plus I learned the slide technique. I can apply that to any situation in my life. I also learned that being a leader doesn't mean you have to tell people what to do.
The time I have been here at OSU has been amazing. I wish it was like for a month not a week. At first I thought a week was a lot but it really is not enough. The ocean was really nice and the view was beautiful. I stared at the ocean for like one hour straight, but that's how amazing the view. Talked to Romeo a lot about collage and learned a lot. I have so much respect for Gima. I respect everyone here but Gima is the one I respect the most. Her story was inspiring, she should go and talk to other girls so they don't lose hope in the careers. I have gotten so close with the people from Nyssa. Plus some other students from Ontario and some other places. I hope I see the other people someday in my life later on.
